Our cutting process prioritizes precision and efficiency. We utilize state-of-the-art machinery to handle a diverse range of fabrics, ensuring accurate patterns for every garment. Fabrication
our fabrication process emphasizes the careful selection of high-quality fabrics suited for each garment style. We pride ourselves on producing each design with an array of fabric options, ensuring superior craftsmanship and attention to detail. Dyeing
Sherwani Apparel has an impressive production capacity, processing up to 30 metric tons of cotton and 8 metric tons of synthetic fabrics each day. Our advanced dyeing facility includes high-capacity machines, capable of handling up to 2,500 lbs. per batch. We utilize both air flow and water flow dyeing methods to ensure consistent shade quality while minimizing production batches throughout the year. Our state-of-the-art laboratory supports this process with innovative color prediction and correction technologies, allowing us to achieve accurate and vibrant colors for all our garments.
Finishing
At Sherwani Apparel, the finishing process is where garments reach their final form. We implement meticulous quality checks to ensure every piece meets our high standards before it is packaged for delivery. Our finishing department specializes in various techniques, including pressing, steaming, and adding final touches that enhance the garment's appearance and functionality. Embroidery

Every piece undergoes rigorous digitization, thread tension calibration, and quality control checks to ensure flawless execution.
