Now we start Yarn procurement! We get yarn--Have it knitted to your liking--Finished and into our Dyeing House

Dyeing

DyeingThis is the 2nd and foremost Important procedure: The Dyeing Process

Now Sherwani Apparel carefully starts the dyeing process, ensuring gsm and quality of the fabric. We Finish the final fabric into lots, ready to cut

Cutting

CuttingThis is where we cut the dyed lot into your desired sizes and send off to the stitching department.

We now cut the lots into various sizes and send off to the stitching floor to their Magic.

Emb

EmbellishmentThis step is done after the cutting.

Embellishment

If you want us to print something or any Embroidery or both even, It all happens now!

Stitch

StitchingHere we combine all the parts into one garment

This is when the stitching happens. We put together all parts into one single garment.

Finish

FinshingThis is the last step of making the garment

This is where we remove any unwanted threads, check the garment for any issues and then Iron--Pack into your required packing process--Seal it in a carton
